Outsurance cannot hold their promises

I requested a car insurance quotation twice, and Outsurance never responded. On the second request I said I will cancel my credit life policy with Outsurance if i do not get a response. I waited 3 weeks after each request, and finally after 6 weeks I phoned to cancel the credit life policy.
They put me through to Makhtaar, who tried to convince me to stay and do the quotation there and then. We then negotiated a deal, that if Outsurance's quoation is lower, I will keep the credit life policy, and consider moving my current insurance to Outsurance. If, however, Outsurance cannot beat my current insurance, Outsurance must then keep their promise and pay out the R400.
I offered my time, and Makhtaar did the quotation. They could not beat my current premium. All of the sudden Makhtaar changes his mind and says because I have a credit life policy, I do not qualify for the payout!
Fortunately the calls are recorded, and I will take this further. We made a deal, I kept my end of the deal, but now Outsurance cannot keep their part of the deal.

I immediately cancelled my credit life policy, and will NEVER do business with Outsurance. If you cannot keep a promise, how can I ever trust you?
