Horrible service and incompetence

Hi

i'm so disgusted my service and incompetence of old mutual. I openned a funeral policy for my mom 7 years ago. Only to recently discover. That the policy is not on my name but some woman Mariam Benjamin. yet my banking details is correct and my account gets debited every month.

i went to old mutual pinelands and spoke to a fahiema amardien . whom i gave all my docs to. in order for them to rectify their records.she advised it wil done in 2 weeks its been 2 MONTHS!!! i called seveal times. Each time i'm advised that they will check the progress on it and call me back. I have since recieved not one call back from them.

should anything happen to my mother .she will not be covered. i need old mutual to recitify this with emmediate effect.

else i want every cent debited to my account paid back. and i'l take my business somewhere else.
