Misleading offer and a waste of time

On 2013/06/05 I applied for an FNB credit card via the internet. The application reference numbers are as below.

I submitted all the requested documentation via e-mail. The next day I received a call asking me for an additional document which I told the agent I did not have. The agent then said that I should resend two of the documents which I had sent initially but I sent all the documents again. Believe it or not, I very quickly received an e Bucks cad and all sorts of welcoming messages ie: "Welcome to the World of Great Savings with FNB Classic Credit Card! ". Over the next three weeks I received many calls asking for all sorts of documents which I do not have. I was also asked to resend the original documents four time. Eventually when a lady phoned and asked me for an IT34 document from SARS (which I also don't have), I told her to cancel the application. FNB have wasted a lot of my time because of their incompetence and misleading offers. I am currently also receiving a lot of SPAM that I suspect to come from FNB giving out my details.
