I had an accident on 06/07/2013 and registered the claim on 08/07/2013 then my car was assesed on 09/07/2013 by Paul. My car still moves but its not safe to drive since it has no left mirror the bonnet cant close properly. So i havent been really driving it after the accident. He then told me after the assesment that the claim will be finalised within 48 hours. Well that did not happen and instead i had to be the one calling and following up because i was not getting updates even. Finally i got an sms on 16/07/2013 saying my car will be repaired by Gateway Autobody. I then contacted Gateway myself and they told me they will only be able to assist me on the 12th of August. I then phoned Miway explaining this and the guy i spoke to told me thats the closest they could find the other ones were even available later. I then contacted Hi-Speed Panelbeaters in Centurion as i saw they are also a ford approved repairer and were available this month and phoned Miway the lady i spoke to told me Miway is not contracted with them. She referred me to Morka Panelbeaters i phoned Morka who said they are available to help. I phoned Miway arrange authorisation. I am so so frustrated and just feel stuck
