After 7 year I get a call from MBA legal Collections, the most rude and unhelpfull person on the face of the earth. Stating that I have 3 loan outsanding with Capitec Bank since 2006. I was then informed that the amount outstanding is R15000.00 I ask a statement or breakdown of the amount only to be informed that they do not have to supply this information.
I then start phoning Capitec Bank to try and get to the bottom of this as this is a enormous amount.
Eventually get hold of some one at Capitec bank, only to be transferred as the person could not say if the amount is outstanding and what the amount is.
I get to the legal collections and agian I am told that my account have been handed to a number of collection agencies and no one have been able to contact me. Yet I have lived in the same house for more than 4 years have had the same cellphone number for 4 years.
Again I am told that they can not tell me what the outstanding amount is or supply me with statements.
All of the sudden all these entiries appear on my ITC report, not only have my car finance been declined my work in retail is being influenced.
It has impacted greatly on my health.
