I applied for a FNB credit card on 12 July, qualified for a cheque card as well (which I didn't want, but accepted). I got an e-mail from them on the 15th with the forms of both the cheque card and credit card that I had to read and sign together with the e-mail address I have to send it to [Email Removed] and details on the necessary documents I need to send with it: proof of income, copy of my ID). The next day or so they delivered my cheque card and I had to give them another copy of my ID and proof of residence. It was all good...
But now, it's 23 July and I still haven't got my credit card I applied for (reason why I did business with them in the first place). I called and no one can help me. The last person said that I had to send the credit card form to another e-mail address (which didn't show on the e-mail I got on the 15th where BOTH forms was included, so THEY made a mistake and now it became my mistake). And all of a sudden I need 3 months bank statements as well?? Why couldn't they tell me in the first place, I can't just go to the bank anytime I want. I need that credit card before Monday, if I have to wait another decade for that card, I'd be.
