U COUNT Delivery

I registered for the U count programme, end of June. Standard Bank has already subtracted R20 from my account for the U count card, but still NO card has been delivered!

So I am paying for a service that I can't even use! I've sent an email to Standard Bank complaining about this, last week. Still no reply!!!

I had to go into the bank TWICE to verify my new address as well! Still no card, my husband received his u count card after a week!
