New website launched-call centre cluless

Hi

I had been thinking of switching to FNB for some time, i mean those Ad's eventually get to you and they promised so much. I am with standard bank who are fine and all but i thought a change might be good.

I went online to open an account, the new website had just been launched the day before. The system crashed 4 times while i was trying to open the account. I then eventually got it open, and wanted to register for online banking. They have an option to do this without a card which i didnt have yet so i clicked this.

It kept giving me an error every time i tried to register for online banking, telling me i hadnt entered my cell phone number correctly-i had tried every POSSIBLE way of entering it.

Called the call centre and the agent was like "but you dont have a card yet so u cant register" so i told her about the option to reg without a card and she said "oh must be the new website havent seen that yet"
We went through the process, and kept getting the error. She eventually said she would have to escalate and call me back. That was a week ago havent heard back from her. I am cancelling my card/acco
I have also been recieving One time pin's every day -for "internet banking"
