Pay every month but put a lock on my credit card??

I have various accounts with standard bank. I tried last week to use my credit card and was shocked to discover it had been locked. I called them this morning and after been put through to 3 people I spoke to Bongase Molala at the credit card revolving collections and was told I defaulted on my revolving plan - I requested proof and he looked on the system and said there are TWO payments in January and none in February - hahahaha - I asked him to contact me back as we are not allowed to make personal calls, this was at 8:25 am this morning, it is now11:40 am and no call. My name has been defiled at the credit card division and NO-ONE from standard bank is bothered to sort this out. They want me to call the credit card division to reinstate my card, WHY ME??? They made the mistake - they need to get it sorted, I am tired of fixing other people's incompetence! Standard bank you beter call me??? I want my credit card reinstated and a letter to confirm that my revolving plan is paid up to date
