One month Online banking not working

It is now /- a month that i have applied for a cheque account with FNB, they promised and advertised that online banking is free, story! It is now a month that this online banking is not activated, just lots of excuses like, software problems, not on line and etc. This morning i called 087 575 0000 for asistance, oh now i have take the bank card to the branch or i must use the ATM to activate online banking. Last saturday i was at the FNB branch, i was told all sevices on my card is activated, Another story!!!
COME ON FNB WAKE UP???
