I am so dissappointed - AGAIN

All my accounts are with FNB. I have been a client for many years now. My son is a student and every year I go through to get his study loan sorted. Again this year the same story. They do not want to give me an extension on the study loan, because of my risk profile, but they will give me a personal loan. Really, what the??? How does that make sense? I will pay three times the instalment on the personal loan than what I would pay on the study loan. How does my risk profile validate this decision. If there is any banks out there looking for business, let me know. I had enough.
