I have been a U-turn policy holder for over three years now. I recently purchased a new car and contacted the U-Turn call centre to arrange insurance on the new vehicle. I was assisted by Theodor (who was brilliant and I even complimented him on hellopeter). However, somewhere along the line they made a mistake and cancelled my U-Turn policy and then without me knowing I was now insured with Regent Direct.
After a long discussion about the tracking devices etc. they eventually had me back on a U-Turn policy. Then comes the Tuesday and I get debited for both policies. I have phoned their call center and sent them an email (Phumzile Onwualu) to correct this but the amount for the Regent Direct policy has not been refunded.
