Online banking upgrade is a failure

I moved my persoanl and business banking over to FNB after their numerous online advertising campaigns convinced me that their offers are far better than any other bank's offerings. Before they did their online bankng upgrade, my business and private profiles were merged and worked well. Soon after creating my instant accounting profile, I lost access to it. I logged a call with both online banking as well as instant accounting's support line. After 2 weeks, I was told that I need to create a business profile to access instant accounting on the new online banking system. It has been 2 weeks later now, and i still have not been able to create an online business profile. I've been into 2 branches to try get help, but this has also been unsuccessful. I created 2 scheduled transfers to transfer cash between myprivate account to business account, butthey also don't reflect in online banking. The branch needed to delete them every time.
It has been a month of banking already. What now? I get no help from online banking and the branches aretrying hard to assist, but they are also at the mercy of online banking. Maybe try a different bank now?
