I came across the website of [URL Removed] and how you can play international lotteries on their site, and after some research on the net about the various lotteries they promote I came to the conclusion that something is amiss - The US lottery, as an example, specifically states that you have to live in the US to be able to claim the prize.
I therefore emailed them and asked whether or not they have made any payouts, and what the biggest payout is that they made (and when) - to which the reply was that they cannot give out personalized information. I did not request personal information, merely proof that they are not some website (of which there are many). I further tried and the response was merely a resounding "No".
It is therefore reasonable to assume that there is something wrong (in the way whereby they somehow bypass various countries legislation) and that they only take your money and never pay out (due to the fact that they they refused to divulge any info on payouts). I therefore requested that my account be deleted with them and I be removed from their mailing list.
