I deposited my credit card instalment in cash via a Standard Bank ATM on the 15th. The message on the ATM screen said the amount will be cleared in 2 working days time. Which I was willing to accept. It is now the 20th and still my funds have not been cleared. The call centre claims it will only be cleared on the 23rd! This is unacceptable. If I knew it would take this long I would not have deposited the fund via the ATM. Monies I deposit at Absa ATM's is cleared immediately! And why say two days when in fact it takes a week to clear my funds! I am very angry and disappointed STANDARD BANK!
