I can't log into my internet banking at the moment. I have sent multiple emails to your support, and have yet to get an answer from you.
It gives me a message that I've been logged off as soon as I enter my phrase password.

I can log in halfway with my account number and password, so It does recognize that I have internet banking, but kicks me off straight after that (SurePhrase password)

I have not been able to access internet banking properly in quite a couple of months.
This is a surefire way to get your clients to leave ABSA. I am already in the process of moving.
