POOR SERVICE- EMPLOYEES CCANNOT THINK ANYMORE

Went to Capitec Bank to apply for a loan. The loan got approved. Had to go back yesterday morning to sign and that would have been that... The consultant was reminded by the 2IC to complete an "employer creation". That should have taken 10-15 minutes. Still waiting and lost 8k on a good deal in the meantime.

The facts of the matter are as follows:

1) I work for "X" construction
2) The company is listed everywhere as "X" construction
3) My business card says "X" construction
4) The monthly payment into the Capitec bank account is described as a payment from "X" construction.
5) As from my last 3 payslips, the company name at the top of the payslip is printed as "X" salary payroll. Prior to that; all said "X" construction.

Caspitec is trying to look-up a company by the name of "X" salary payroll to link the names together. They cannot find the company name of "X" salary payroll and therefore the final approval of the loan cannot be completed.

It is laughable. Can we not just let common sense prevail? These people can obviously not think anymore and put 2 and 2 together... and they are forensic investigators for crying out loud.

Hope that they would very quickly wake-up.
