Claim was reported on 13th of June, initially it was to be handled by Unica who arranged Curtasy car and towing of the car and all documents they requested she received them on 14th of June. After that no one informed me of any progress until the 1st of July received sms that Johan Ras is now handling my claim, I tried to call the guy and left messages but nobody came back to me not until 15th of July Bheki Shabalala called responding to the messages left for Jonan but I explained everything to him that the courtesy car is due 19th and the Autotech panel beaters they had never touched my car because they didn't authorise them. He promised to call me back following day he didn't
call me back. Somebody called me on 17th July I also explained to her how desperate I am about the whole issue and I requested her to further the issue to the manager and to request them to extend the date for courtesy car she also promised me to call back the following day but she never. But I called them yesterday I got the voicemail as usual, all the numbers they give you can not get to a person straight. Yesterday received sms that my case is now handled by Zinhle Nhlapho whom I called her this morning.
