My cheque account was debited by FNB First Card on 18.07.2013 with an amount of R590 without my prior authority and/or arrangement. I am aware that I have an outstanding debt with them but I have been working in Mauritius for 9 months in order to earn enough money to repay my debts. I still need to enter into an agreed arrangement with First Card but they still do not have the right to simply debit my account via EFT. I am now demanding an immediate reimbursement of this amount of R590.
