At the end of last month my salary was paid in late due to a fault on my employers side. My debit order bounced because of that. I received a SMS that 1Life will debit me again towards month end. My normal debit order date is on the 27th.
However, last night on the 18th they put through the debit debit twice!!! I can understand if they debit once for the recovery of last month but my next premium is only due on the 27th. This puts me in a very difficult position at the moment as I had a lot of other expenses with a child on university etc.
I called them and asked them for a letter to be emailed to me for my bank in order to reverse one of the payments until month end but they do not even listen to me and told me I can cancel my policy if that is how I feel! That is exactly what I'm going to do!!
