Bad service at Absa

On the 29th of June I got an sms on my phone that R3400.00 was withdrawn while I was at home, I then went to the branch in Standerton and they told me that the money was withdrawn in Ladysmith and that they are going to help me with the matter as it happens to some customers. Its been over three weeks now waiting for them to help as I could not pay some of my bills and the most irritating part is that I have been doing a follow up but they seem not to do anything to help me. Please help me on this matter Peter. Thank you in advance.
