I got into an accident on the 24th June 2013, I logged my claim with Miway Tuesday Morning 25/06/13. I requested Miway to release my car from Miway Yard and the car be moved to Fantam Autobody. A week later I contacted Miway inquiring about progress and they had informed me they are looking for the car but they issued a release letter to Fantam! Why did they have to wait for me to call to tell me this? The car was only assessed on 05/07/13. I called on 09/07/13, 10/07/13 no Progress and by 11/07/13 Yeonitta asked do I want full payout or 65% and I keep the car, I agreed to go with keeping my car & 65% payout so the claim can be submitted for Authorisation. On Monday 15/07/13 I called to enquire about progress and they mention Authorisation still Pending as they awaiting Police report. My? is what was being done for 3 weeks when the claim was submitted relevant to obtaining a Polic report. Today they call me and ask me to go get a Report. Why did I have to call the entire week for my claim. I wish I didnt insure with Miway after being their client for 5 year & I have to pay another months premium due to their Delay! Miway Your Standards and Professionalism has deteriorated.
