MiWay cancellation - No response

MiWay has failed to respond or service my needs, despite several opportunities to do so.

I want to cancel my policy forthwith. I asked the lady who recalculated my premium to call me back, as I was not 100% certain that I was happy with everything. I never got called back. I have tried contacting MiWay several times, through the contact center, through requesting a call back via the 0860 number and also requesting a call back online during the week of 8-12 July. No response. In frustration I sent an email to [Email Removed] on Monday 15th July - STILL no contact!

Outsurance renegotiated my premium lower, and was prompt and efficient - literally giving me feedback within minutes. I didn't have to chase after them for anything! MiWay was quick to offer me a policy, but to date has not gotten back to me - not the way to start a relationship or to service a new client!

I formally request that my policy is cancelled with immediate effect. The policy was due to begin in August - I want this cancelled before it commences and written confirmation there WILL NOT be any deductions from my account being paid to MiWay AT ALL.

GET BACK TO ME MY WAY, not "MiWay"...
