I am a current miway client and was looking to save money, as is everybody. I initially phoned them to see if they could help me reduce my premiums and they inadvertently quoted me for a wrong vehicle. where the premium was R200 more than what I was currently paying them. So I decided to go else ware. I found a cheaper insurance and took it. Upon calling miway to cancel my policy I was put through to Seitshiro who stopped from making a very big mistake as he pointed out the hidden terms on the new companys policy. These were not explained to me when I took the policy. ie they say your excess is R2500 but in actual fact it is only that if it is 20% of the claim. so if write off your car you end up paying 20% of the cars value as excess. Once he explained this to me he gave me another quote and was actually cheaper than the other company. He was understanding to my needs and what I was looking for And he had my interests as his first concern. Thank you Seitshiro you are a great ambassador for Miway. If only all people at insurance companies were like you.
