There was claim for Dr. Visits for my daughter that was in hospital, that was electronically submitted to Oneplan and have not been paid.
So the first thing I heard of this was the statement in the post 7 Months later. I submitted the claim. And Guess what sorry we do not
Pay claims that have been submitted after 4 months. So I Phoned my Dr. and they told me that they have submitted it electronically.
But now oneplan told me anything that is submitted to them electronically will not be paid. So now I'm reliable for this amount of R1250
How is this possible??? Is this my fold as a client that I have not been informed about this be for hand.
What can I do for as a client you thought everything will be submitted under Hospital Funds. PLEASE HELP
