Have a share account with FNB Online. They claim that I failed the verification process when I phone in to resolve a problem when I tried to sell shares. I have mailed to them proof of my residence, my original Municipal account. They do not want to accept that because it must, according to them, be certified!!! How do you certify an original document - MAN WAKE-UP - IT IS THE ORGINAL!!
They are purely spiteful and in the mean time I am losing money because I have cannot sell shares which are losing value and I can not get access to the money of the shares that I have sold!!
NEVER open a share account with FNB, they think they are all mighty, with your money and your shares. You will lose money "HOW CAN FNB HELP YOU" - Easy, by losing you valuable money. Rather use a broker that will treat you as a client and look after your business that a broker that have time for child games.
