I STILL don't count!

After lodging a complaint on Hellopeter on the 13th of June 2013, I eventually got a call from a lady in the Ucount call centre. She did manage to FINALLY correct my cell number on the Ucount database and register me as a member. She told me that I would receive a sms with my registration details ect. which would enable me to login on the website. I am STILL WAITING for that sms!! I sent a sms to Ucount last week and received a call-back 2 days later. I asked the consultant who said that I am registered and should not worry about having not received that confirmation sms. He said that I should not wait any longer than 21 days for my card. I have been waiting for my card since the week of the 13th of June! This is ridiculous!!! I have been putting off important purchases for the sake of this rewards system! I have been a Standard Bank client for >20 years - when will I start being rewarded for my loyalty!?
