I have opened an policy with One Plan on the 1 July then I received the news from my boss that I will be permanent and will qualify for the works medical aid. I phoned One Plan on the 14/07/2013 to ask them what do I do when I want to cancel my policy. They told me to send a cancellation letter to [Email Removed] okay so I did on the 15/07 I received a total of 6 Case Numbers that has been opened to assist in my case until I received a email with the amendment of my policy I contacted them and told them I want to cancel my policy totally no additions or extras just a plain cancellation but no they did not listen. SO ON TH 16/07/2013 I resent the cancellation letter and once again received a whole lot of case numbers and once again an amendment of my policy why don't they understand.
