Incompetent Service

On the 02 July 2013, I visited one of the African Bank branches with the intention of applying for a loan, however I was advised to get a credit card with a consolidation of my other account. I opened and signed a contract and was put to the knowledge that within 24-48hrs my account will be sorted and I will be able to access the fund on the credit card, however today is the 17th of July and to date I still have an inactive account. The excuse I keep receiving from this bank is that they cannot confirm application, what puts me in distress is that I've supplied the bank with -6 different numbers within this period, it also saddens me as the level of communication from the bank has been very minimal and I have to constantly call in or visit the branch in order to find more depressing same news of "we not able to confirm your employment". I'm a south African citizen whose fortunate enough to be employed, I go to work everyday and during these past two weeks I've been going to work, so if African Bank really was in motion and wanted to serve excellently as their clients, they would have made appropriate means to ensure that they confirm my application. I'm entirely flabaggersted
