REPAIRS TO CELLPHONE

I have taken out a contract with Bayport Financial services in August 2012. the phone i have taken is a blackberry bold 9790 that i am paying R549. since january this year i have been having endless problems with the phone (the speaker and network). i have sent the phone in for repairs to cell c now about 3 times and everytime i send it for repairs it comes back more scratched and damaged with the tools they use to open the phone. i have now contacted bayport directly and they have fetched the phone. i get a call today from bayport to inform me that i need to take the phone back to a cell c store for repairs. i am getting tired of taking the phone to cell c because after 2 or 3 weeks the phone does the same thing. i am a very disappointed customer as i am paying alot for this contract that is not even a year old and i am having these problems. the consultant that called me said she will email me a form but i stil did not receive anything.
