Had hail damage to a patio roof fitted with fiber glass sheets. Lodged a claim and eventually after more than a month the contractor arrived at my house with 4 new flimsy fiber glass sheets not even the same shape or color as the ones on currently. Problem is there are 10 sheets on the roof to cover, so if they fix 4, the rest is going to look absolutely as they wont match. I am forced to have building insurance with standard bank as my bond is with them, but they expect me to live in a property that is half fixed with patches here and there!! Looks to me like they are into cutting corners when it comes to fixing damage which i am suppose to insured for. Beware people, standard bank insurance uses half meassures to fix damage and the contractors are not reliable.
