No response from standard bank

I've been a standard bank customer for many years but what I received on the 18 June 2013 made me think twice. I was at a standard bank atm in p.e north end and went to draw money that I received from my aunt in Johannesburg a total of R1000, but I know the night before I made a cash send of R200 for my son so he could go buy electricity the next morning. Now as I draw this money the atm asks for the pin and as I'm giving the pin the numbers show on the screen, I thot this was just some new technology or something, but it took me through when I had to choose how much I want to draw, so I drew R100 and the machine said please wait and the next thing I saw it said insert card again. There was no security there to ask what happened and the next thing I saw was an SMS saying my whole money was withdrawn. Went to standard bank opposite pier 14 and thy told me it was a white collar crime and so their will investigate it within 10days. Its been a month now and still nothing. No money no response, you know it wasn't my fault my money was, I trusted standard bank to keep my money safely and this is how they do me. I'm a very poor person who has to feed my family. I want my money back
