Im so disappointed & thoroughly frustrated with Outsurance. They ran a promo that gives us cheaper quotes & if not they will pay R400. I called immediately (03.07.13) to take up a car insurance policy with them. The consultant (Sean), for 30mins took down all my details. The next day I get the policy that reflects a premium of R757.47 with the Excess of R3400 (But on the phone Sean quoted for a Basic Excess of R2000), & with the wrong address. Today I call in to notify them of the address error on my profile. I spoke to Chanelle, who rudely transferred my call to another consultant without telling me, so again I have to verify my info to the 3rd person, Mots Motsitsi.By this time I've wasted so much time, Im getting delayed for my next meeting. As the 3rd consultant is verifying my info it seems everything that Sean captured is incorrect; my cell number was incorrect, they dont have my physical address/work address my licence issue date is incorrect etc. To make matters worse, Motsi says my premium is approximately R1060 due to their error. I wouldve never agreed to a premium that high as I wanted something cheaper! I ran my phone bill high because of their negligence! the R400?
