Purchased Airtime Online but Never Received Any

On the 8th of June 2013 I purchased R79 MTN airtime from Standard Bank's website. I received sms confirmation that the purchase had been made.

To this day I have not received my airtime. I went to MTN to enquire and was told that the error was on Standard Bank's side. I was given a reference number from the lady at MTN.

I then went to Standard Bank, Windemere where I waited in a que to speak to the teller only to be told to call the internet hotline.

Next I phoned the hotline, filed the complaint/query and was told that the matter would be investigated and the money will be returned within a week.

Since then I have heard nothing. I think it is ridiculous and ironic that I must make a phone call to get my airtime!

Very disappointed.
