No Refund from Direct Axis

My Private Banker made a mistake when settling my account with Direct Axis and transfered R118347 instead of R59841.31. The money was transfered on the 4th July 2013. I called Direct Axis requesting a refund, and they asked me to send proof of payment and I sent that to them. They told me that it will take 10 days and the refund will be in my bank account. Its now the 16th and I am still waiting. I can see on my FNB banking profile the money is just sitting there. To do a transfer doesn't even take a day. I will do business with Direct Axis.
