I have been trying for over two weeks to find out what amount I will be refunded for an unused Liquid Capital policy on a new Hyundai purchased in February 2013. I have to follow-up with calls and e-mails before getting any response and have yet to receive a simple figure instead of "send us the form and the computer will tell us" inane responses. Liquid Capital, I threatened to add my complaint to the Hello Peter website and there was still no response so hopefully now you will respond with a figure. Please do not send me badly worded, grammatically incorrect e-mails. I would simply like to know the figure that I will be paid out for cancelling the policy. Thanks. Kevin
