Last year on the 20 November 2012 I had an incident where my landlord locked me out of my rented house. I went to legal wise to request them to help me with a spoliation to get my stuff back. It has been 60 days and legal wise have done nothing to assist. All they keep on doing is sending emails and faxes, I guess they are deliberately trying to delay the process so I can find other means to get my stuff back. Legal wise agents can't differentiate between an urgent matter, they need some serious training. I recommend that no one take up this policy as in my experience they do not deliver, they just find means and ways to get out of a situation
