My wife car was broken into and the left passenger window was broken on the 1st july we called the call centre we where informed the window company will call us in a day or two to come install the window 16 days later we are still been given the run around we hold for 15-40 minutes a day calling the call centre everyday and we are told they still waiting for window..then finally the window was delivered but was told the mechanism was broken till today we are still waiting for the mechanism to be replaced we are being told everyday that the still waiting for parts/mechanism we are stil waiting 16 days after the window broke I didn't know its more than 16 days to replace a Broken window... No call from suppler or insurer to check the progress we call them everyday to see if they have received the parts or not..I m very disappointed in the service we getting for 1st for women... very much disappointed..
