I'm with regent insurance since last year may and up till now they haven't fixed my policy. they send me the wrong car details on my policy and hen I asked them to change it there response as they have to cancel the policy and start over well I did that and still they send the same details of the other car on my policy. so the problem im sitting with I need some things to be sorted out on my car but im not getting any response from regent now I believe that's bridge of contract from their side and would like all my money back and then go find a insurance that can help me and a insurance that cares about my needs as a client. my car is due for a service and what they did they send me the wrong details again instead of my cars details im not happy with regent if I don't get any response from them within the next 3 days im taking it to the media. im not a happy client im very disappointed in the service I get from regent.
