I have a policy and i am paying for legal services with vital legal however about 6 weeks ago i logged a query requesting legal assistance in a divorce matter. Initially i have had to call everyday as they kept saying someone will come back to me. ultimately i got an sms saying i must pay arrears of R327 on my account so that my matter can be attended to. i did the payment and now im being told i am not covered for my matter even though i have been paying premiums every month and teh lady by the name of maggie called and told me that i am not covered and my requirements are going to cost a lot of money and to date she has not responded to my requirement for a legal cousel as i am entitled to that. This is not the first matter that vital legal has failed to assist me on and yet they collect their premiums monthly without fail.
