Opened new business account. Now trying to register for internet banking and it is a disaster!
First i was told to download Google Chrome which makes no sense.
When i tried again i was told the account was linked incorrectly and i need to call my relationship manager and i was given a number that does not exist any longer and where the new number is not available!
i mean really!!! How the am i now supposed to find this person!? And why can only the RM sort out this problem?
