CROSS BORDER LETTER

I called mi way to ask for a cross border letter for my car insurance to Zambia. Mary-Anne picked my call. I introduced myself, and told her why I called. She said she would do it right away and asked me to hold on for just a while. She further asked if I was near my computer. I said no but further said that I could easily access one. Before I knew it, she told me that the letter was in my in-box. I hang up and switched on my laptop, and there was the letter staring at me!! I have dealt with different organisations before who promised me heaven, but I have never come across such friendly, efficient and prompt response to a customer's request. Excellent work from Mary. She just made my day.
