I had an accident on the 5/07/2013. Although there were some issues and delays on the day when I phoned the call centre regarding the accident. But on registering the claim King Price representative Elias Sono went the extra mile making clear to me what is going to happen and continuously gave feedback. Elias immedeately made arrangements for the courtesy car, which made things easy for me.
