On 29 July 2013 I made an offer on a house on my roof Standard bank repossessed properties . when my offer expired i received a e-mail saying that dew high volume offers standard bank has not except or reject my offer the i can make a new offer to the same value or what my feel comfortable with. i phoned standard bank and ask whats going on. they told me the house was sold in March. i phone the agent in town how showed my the house and spoken too, too find out if house was sold, he told me no the house is it sold. that i was the only one with an offer on the house. i went to the municipality to find out in how's name is the house, it is still in same persons name. 2nd time i phoned standard bank easy sale and the same person told me it is a private sale and standard bank has nothing too do with the sale. i then phone the owner of the house and he said that standard bank repossessed the house. and that the house was't sold, as far as he knows I'm the only one with an offer on the house.
