SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH NEDBANK

IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR NEDBANK TO ADVISE ME REGARDING THE APPLICATION FOR MY DAUGHTERS STUDENT LOAN OF R60 000.00, TO FINALLY DECLINE THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER AFTER ONE WEEK THEY DENIED HAVING THE PAPER WORK, PAPER WORK WAS THEN SENT AGAIN, THREE DAYS LATER TO SAY THAT THEY NEED A INVOICE (ALREADY SUPPLIED) FROM PRETORIA UNIVERCITY OF ONLY 2012 OUTSTANDING MONIES, THIS WAS SENT TO THEM AND WITHIN 2 HOURS THE APPLICATION CAME BACK DECLIND - REASON SURITY NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND IN THE NEXT BREATH OFFERED THE SURER R120 000 PERSONAL LOAN
SOMETHING STINKS, MY DAUGHTER IS IN HER THIRD YEAR MEDICINE - DO WE NOT NEED DOCTOR/EDUCATED PEOPLE - I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD SERVICE FROM NEDBANK (THIS HOWEVER EXCLUDED THE WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM MY CONTACT AT NEDBANK BLACKHEATH BRANCH). I HAVE MOVED MY ACCOUNT FROM NEDBANK AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE - I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF NEDBANK FOR OVER 8 YEARS? MY HUSBAND IS A CLIENT AND MY DAUGHTER - NEDBANK HAS JUST LOST THREE CLIENTS WITHOUT SO MUCH OF A "LET US HELP YOU ATTITUDE' NEDBANK IS MAKING TO MUCH MONEY TO CARE FOR THE WELLBEING OF THE PEOPLE/ THIER CLIENTS
