I was having several problems regarding my sms`s, internet banking ect. I had to go in month after month and still nothing was better. I ended up with no internet banking in working and still no good service. I have decided with those problems and other personal reasons to close my account with Standard Bank and move. I had to go in to do so, therefore i am leaving this huge COMPLAINT because of an arrogant male clerk who decided to give me his ridiculous opinion why I should not leave and go where i have chosen. I did not find that very kind, i have been with them for some time and that`s not a way how to let a valuable client leave your company. I would have never known that`s the way Standard Bank would treat their clients.
