On i March 2013 i made a loan by capitec bank to settle African Bank. The consultant of capitec contacted African Bank collection dept and ask for the settlement amounts on both my accounts to settle immediately. african bank fax settlement letters through for both accounts. the accounts was settle immediately by capitec bank. i notice on by payslip the next month that african bank is still deducting both instalments from my acc. i went to african bank in Malmesbury Branch and took both acc proof of payment with and the settlement letters received from african bank and ask him why are they still deducting from my salary the acc has been paid in full. he said he will lodge and enquiry with head office and made copies of all relevant documentation. weeks past he did not get back to me. i went to paarl branch and they did the same thing. they still deducted from my payslip and the accounts was paid in full. i contacted them they saying now that Im owing now R12000-00 i was shocked. nobody at african bank can assit me. please help me. they still deducting from my salary.
