Simswop without permission

I took out contract from intellicell. Never used the simcard only the phone. Payinig every month still. Wanted to go upgrade today. There's been done a simswop on my simcard and somebody's been using my nr and free minutes that I pay for every month. Been trying to phone them with no luck, nr either wrong nr or doesn't exist. Phoned my own intellicell vodacom nr and I got to an intellicell employee! Said they'll phone me back with no response. Sill waiting and now they don't answer. So they themselves are using my nr and free minutes thai I pay for!

I have a contract with Intellicell but I'm not happy with their service at all,THEY are quick on deducting but they fail to provide what they promised,their airtime you struggling to get it,every month you don't receive airtime on time, I'm thinking of cancelling this contract and gave them their phone back.i can't keep on dealing with the people like this.
