My client was blown away by the service she received from the underwriter Cindy who arranged her insurance today. The client was taking delivery of her Ford Fiesta and Cindy sold the client a tracker and gave the client all the benefits. The client is truly grateful for her professionalism and patience to explain all the benefits available to her. As she is taking delivery today Cindy went as far as making sure the tracking company called the client to arrange the fitment of the tracker so that client can be assisted asap. She even sms'd the client two inspection centre addresses to make the inspection easy for the client.
