I had called in to report some changes on my policy that were not recorded correctly. After the agent amended my policy, my premium had increased by R300. Lenny was extremely friendly, although I was furious and managed to calm me down. He was very professional and efficient and resolved my query immediately. He also went the extra mile to call the next day to ensure I was a happy client.
